I met Mr Peng when I was in Secondary 3. The reason why I joined his tuition centre was a coincidence. When I came to Singapore from Japan and joined the local education stream, I was not sure how to interpret the question and even use a calculator but Mr Peng taught me from the basic and at my first exam in Singapore, I got an A1 for my result and this continued throughout until the end of my secondary school life.

Mr Peng always patiently explain concepts I don’t understand. He always gives me additional practices to ensure that I am capable to tackle higher-order thinking questions. I’ve certainly learnt a lot through his lessons as I can see my results improving.

Mr. Peng’s lessons are interesting and interactive. I have learnt a lot from his lessons as he is very friendly and approachable. I really enjoyed his lessons.

Mr Peng is someone I am and will forever be truly grateful for. From day 1 to my last lesson, he is always very encouraging and never gave up hope on me. Especially when he helped me raise my grades from F9 to A1! His dedication to teaching is beyond words as he is willing to sacrifice his free time to help his students. I admire him a lot because it is not easy to run a tuition centre and he still took the effort to make each class enjoyable for everyone.

Mathematics has always been a weaker subject of mine that I found difficult to improve, but after joining Math Academia, I definitely feel myself grasping concepts better and I’m also more confident when approaching questions. Mr Peng is a really patient and meticulous tutor, so despite me joining the classes quite late along the semester, I was still able to understand the lessons! The centre also has many resources that I found really useful, like math questions from different schools, which gave me extra practice. Overall, joining the classes here have helped me lots in strengthening my math skills! Thank you Math Academia, and Mr Peng for being such a great tutor! :)

Thank you Mr Peng for helping me to improve my A.Math and motivating me to continue trying even though I’m not great at my A.Math. I genuinely believe that my results have improved from going to Mr Peng’s lessons.

Mr Peng does his best to help students who are in need of help or when they are stuck at a Math question. He is also a very patient and dedicated teacher. He gives much advice to students and encourages them to do better. He will also explain math concepts to his students and ensure that all of them understand before moving on. I would like to thank him for tutoring me since I have enrolled in his tuition.
