Mr Ivan Yow

Upper Secondary Physics/Biology

Mr Yow graduated from NUS with a degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Cell Biology) (B.Sc. (Hons)). In addition, he also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (NTU/NIE). He is currently pursuing his PhD in Mechanobiology with NUS. He also holds memberships with Singapore Institute of Biology, Singapore Institute of Physics, Biophysical Society and the Royal Society of Biology. He has more than 10 years of tutoring experience, spent 6 years teaching in top local schools, and is a current Co-lecturer for the NUS University Scholars Programme. In his 6 years of teaching in school, he was also awarded the Silver and Gold Excellence Service Awards for consecutive years. Through his experiences, Mr Yow is able to prepare the students well for their examinations.

Ms Jamie Ng Li Xia

Upper Primary Mathematics

Ms Ng is an experienced tutor with a proven track record of high distinction rates and she achieves this via her specially curated teaching approaches to identify and conquer a varied range of Heuristics word-problems that are prevalent in the primary school syllabus today. With her experience as an ex-MOE external Mathematics instructor, she is surely a good fit to prepare students well for the PSLE examinations.

Ms Michelle Tan Xiu Fen

Lower Secondary Mathematics

Ms Tan is a subject matter expert for Lower Secondary Mathematics and is also an ex-MOE school teacher with over 10 years of experience. Her previous teaching experience with MOE and now as a tutor has made her very well equipped to prepare her students into transition to the upper secondary level.

With over 5 years of teaching experience, Ms Jovina is a qualified tutor who has taught in many tuition centres. Her past experiences have shaped her into the patient and meticulous tutor she is today. Her approach towards students have greatly benefitted them in better understanding the subject.
